First off……. my 15 minutes of fame, so to speak…… here they are…… oh, these pics were taken uring Jason derulo’s concert. I was picked from the audience, and went on stage and he sang to me ! Woot ! I was tickled pink ! I have the video of it, but it looks like it cannot be shown here. Well, I don’t know how.

For some reason, I didn’t feel shy at all. Just before that, at my school, I had a photoshoot for the university’s school year’s schedule of classes. Students we looking too when my pic was being taken. ,,, lots of poses. I was on the cover . Hahaha.

I think I saw these in your picture archive! And I thought the bloke looked familiar, he’s that new pop singer I’ve seen on the TV now and again! Not my type of music, too generic for me, but hey… whatever you like is all good! 🙂 I’d like to see the video of this to see if you blush or squirm, because you don’t look like you were doing much of it on stage!
I read your other reply, where’s this other spread you made for a reunion? I’m not sure if I’ve seen it or not because sometimes I read my friends back blogs when I have some pare on-line time, and I do remember seeing something about food! Post it anyway! 🙂
Your neighbors kill their own meats? Ah well, we’re not allowed to do that here without a license, but the U.S. law is obviously different. The only thing I’ve killed myself this year is a rather mean rat with a heavy plant pot in my Mam’s garden 3 weeks back! Not that my Mam’s garden is usually full of rats, but with the re-development of the area the rats are being forced to look elsewhere for accommodation. 😛
Anyway, I’m gonna stop talking about rats now and wish you and your family much love and all the best for Christmas and the New Year! Have a good one, Mate! x

Who is your favourite and who would make you shy and blush if they sang to you? Hmmmm, I’m betting One Direction! LOL! 😉
You’re busy cooking? Nice! I wont be doing any cooking until tomorrow (I’ll be helping my Mam out), and it’s fairly standard stuff so nothing too complicated. And no, we wont be having Steak and Kidney pudding! LOL! That’s not really a Christmas dish, you could have that as meal any time with chips and mushy peas, it aint bad! 🙂
We used to have Turkey every year, which was a tradition since the end of WW2 in the UK (You Yanks brought it over when you saved our Bacon! :)), but recently we just have roast chicken with stuffing, mixed veg, roast potatoes, gravy with some pickled beetroot and pickled onions!
I’m going to get so fat and put back on the 7lbs I’ve lost since my exercise regime started! 😛
You know what, my Mam already has 2 cats! One of them is a hunter and brings back all kinds of stuff, the other is fat and lazy and only brings in worms and slugs! lol. Balrog, the hunter, was in the garden trying to kill the rat when I went out there to see what she was doing, and she couldn’t get the rat and it was only medium-sized! So to stop her getting bit by the rat and further spreading disease I crushed it. It was so brazen and unafraid it even walked towards me and the cat! That’s why it was so easy for me to kill it!
The Rats are not so large, they’re medium sized and you only see a big one rarely. My sister keeps pet rats so I know how big the adults are supposed to be! Once the new housing is built they’ll disappear again!

I’ve been busy ! But I’m glad coz it means extra dollars for me. I’m still on vacation, so I get full time work. Also, I use my free time to play video games. And you know how it is . I just have to finsih the game. It’s so addictive. ( not to mention the fact that I’m actually a geek , ha ha ha )

I used to play video games a lot myself so I know how addictive they can be! lol Last one I was playing was ‘Hit-Man: Blood Money’, which I loved! I haven’t done much since because I’m doing study now and I only have a PS2 which is outa date, I can’t afford the new platforms or the games! 😛

Oh, wow. I’m a slash and shoot them up, platform gamer, too. Phil, you should play God of War 1 % 2. Both are PS2 games. Gowd, I love these games. I have God of War 3 for PS3, and now I’m currently playing God of War Ascencion, prequel to the trilogy. Are there rental video games in UK? The games that I like are PS2 games.
I had officially declared myself a geek a long time ago, ha ha ha. I read mangas ( an addict reader), watch animes, plays video games ( an addict gamer…. we have over 200 games here at home ) , and whose favorite channels are Military, History, SyFy, Chiller, and Science. . Last year he was in an accident that almost ended career.
He also released a new album that year after he recuperated. Talk dirty is one of the new songs.
But I really love his debut album, whatcha say and in my head. Those are my fave songs.

My Christmas was great! Best one for a while! 🙂 Spent it with the family, watched some Doctor Who, had a few drinks (Which I don’t usually do) had some goooooood food!
My New Year wasn’t so hot, I had a bug which made me sick on New Year’s Eve! I was being sick and feeling like death! But am over it now! :O)

Just wondering, Phil. Is Dr. Who the most popular show in England? I used to watch it in HS but our cable took out the channel that featured British shows. And I loved that show where there were 2 British ladies cleaning up houses. I think it was called ” How Dirty is your House” or something. LOL I think I even obssesed on it. LOL
the whole family attended the Midnight mass on Christmas Eve. It’s the family’s tradition.

Yeah, Dr. Who is one of the most popular shows in the UK along with a few others. It’s been going since the 1960s, but it got canceled in the 90s but brought back in 2005, now it’s popular again! I enjoy it from time to time anyway! 🙂 There’s a new doctor again, Matt Smith has left now, his Doctor died in the Christmas episode!
The show you’re thinking of is “How Clean is Your House” with Kym and Aggie. I think that ended in 2009, apparently because they couldn’t stand each other anymore! lol I have watched that show too, I can’t watch too much of it though because it makes me go more OCD! lol
Why did your cable company cancel the British channels? I’m assuming some kind of licensing dispute?
I’d rather pass on the midnight mass cos I’m not a believer, but if you wanna then it’s all good. You know I have an atheist friend who always goes to see the natvity because it isn’t Christmas without it to her! lol

Yung mom ko, player din, ha ha ha. And she’s very good at it. She plays mario, tapos hindi namamatay. Ang galing. During her time, there was this family computer, tapos yung games, parang cassetes, ha ha. tapos, meron syang maids, tapos they did all the household chores. Yung Mom ko, naglalaro. we have all the gizmos here, and she bought all the consoles for us. Well, she knows we don’t neglect school.

200 games, sci-fi, science, thriller and a geek to boot? Awww mate we could have such an awesome night-in at your place! Why do you have to live on the other side of the world, man! lol
There’s no game rental shops near me, but I’m sure they do it. I used to buy and then swap my games on a video game stall when I was a teen, but those stalls are closed now! However, I checked up on the game you mentioned and it’s old so I’m sure I could pick up a second-hand copy at the game shop for £5! I’ll do it when I’m next there!
Can you recommend any other games for the PS2 that you think I’ll like? Something with guns or similar? I’ve already played ‘Black’ which was a good one!
I love zombie stuff too, I think we discussed the Walking Dead when I first bumped in to your site! Oh! You’ve probably seen it but if you wanna modern realistic take on the zombie theme then watch ’28 Days later’! I love that film, and the second one ’28 Weeks Later’! What’s your favourite sci-fi film or franchise? I’m looking forward to the new Star Wars in 2015! Is there any good sci-fi manag/anime other than Cowboy Be Bop?
I’m not into manga or anime but it’s safe to say I’m a geek too, but I’ve never hidden it! I mean, why bother? It’s good to know you’ve accepted your ‘geek streek’ lol.

actually, the games are my bro’s. he’s hardcore. I just bought 3 games this month. Skyrim, GOW Ascencion, Walking Dead, and I’m about to buy The Last of US. The only game that i had bought previous to ths was PERSONA 3 FES. Actually, my brother had a copy, but he wouldn’t let me play until he had played it himself. recommendation for PS2? Hmmmm…. Phil, I loved PERSONA 3FES ! ! Believe it or not , I played it for more than 600 hours. Ratchet and Clank series, I think there are 3 for PS2. Ico is another one. Have you played Final Fantasy and Zelda. I know they are supposed to be outstanding games, but for some reason, I don’t like these games. We have complete FF and Zelda, and I tried playing Zelda but I dropped it.
We have dvds of 28 Days Later and the sequel. i don’t like the sequel. I hate that stupid characters caused another apocalypse. Have you watched World War Z?
I love Cowboy Bebop ! We have a complete dvd series here at home. I don’t like to recommend because you really have to like the genre. Hmmm, maybe you should watch Graveyard of the Fireflies and Monster.

I saw ‘The Last of Us’ advertised on TV over here and it looked good, though it’s only for a PS3!
Your brother should share his games with you, I did with my sister! The eldest of my two younger sisters blames me and my brother for turning her into a game freak! She’s 23 now and plays more video games than I do! lol
Cheers for the suggestions, mate! 🙂 The only one of those you mentioned I may like is Final Fantasy, and that’s only because I enjoyed some of the films I’ve seen of it. I remember playing Zelda way back when it first came out in the mid-90s when a mate brought it around, I wasn’t fond of it either. I’ve seen the recent versions and it still doesn’t do much for me.
I enjoyed 28 Weeks later, even if the world ended because of a kiss! lol! I’m surprised the pushers of ‘purity’ rings haven’t jumped on that bit of the film to scare more people into it! Can you imagine the Jonas Brothers advertising that on Disney? lol
I watched World War Z, it wasn’t bad, though was a tad predictable as I saw the, oops…. not sure if you’ve seen it yet or not so I wont spoil it for you! 😉 Let me know if you’ve seen it and I’ll give my review!

I’m not sure but I think The Last of Us was game of the year .
Phil, you really should play God of War. I super, super hightly recommend it. Now I don;t if you would like Persona3FES, but it’s one of my alltime game. Officially, I played it for 600 hrs. Unofficially, I think 1000 hrs, he he. Oh, yeah, Zelda doesn’t do much for me, either.

I was in the game shop on Monday and had a quick look but couldn’t stay long because I had shopping to do! Grrrr. I will get it when I see it, it’s not like it’s going to cost a fortune! 😀 When I get it I’ll let ya know! 🙂
I looked at Persona3 FES on YouTube and it’s not my kind of game, but as you mentioned, the music aint bad, I listened to some of the sound track on YT!
WWZ! Well, as I was saying, it was predictable in places, I saw what the cure was going to be when the zombies started running around the lame and the sick! It took Mr. Pitt a little bit longer though to figure that out, but I suppose they have to prolong the film a little, eh?
A few things annoyed me about it too, the Israeli girl should have bled to death when her arm was chopped off! I mean, realistically! By rights they shouldn’t have survived the plane crash either! As far as I’m concerned they could’ve left the whole plane blowing up bit out of it and nothing of value would’ve been lost.
Oh wait, again, just like the WalkingDead… everyone looked so nice and taken care of! Granted not as much as TWD, but still, it was the end of the world and everyone looked ‘fabulous darling’! lol
Then again, it’s Hollywood, what more could one ask for, eh? 😉
Overall though I give it a 7/10!

Re Persona3FES…. when I first saw my bro playing it, I was like, wtf is that? It’s too one dimensional and cartoonish ! But bro said it was great. Heh, what’s great about SIMS ? dating game ? It did look interesting and asked bro if i could play it. He said , no, he had to finish playing before i could play it. But he was so busy with school and work, and I couldn’t wait anymore… so I bought one for myself.
I highly recommend it, pal. Don’t be turned off by the graphics. It won so many awards, like RPG of the year, (2007) , Game of the year, and BEST RPG of the DECADE ! ! Check out Wiki.
And it’s not really a dating game. People the character hangs out with are “Social links” and hanging out with them has a lot to do with getting power, power that can be used to fight an entity … well, I don’t want to spoil you, ha ha.

What do I think of, which one, Walking Dead or WWZ ? To be honest, I don’t watch Walking Dead on TV. He he… I buy the dvd of the series. Right now, I only have 2, Seasons 1 and 2… I wanted to buy the 3rd one but it was still expensive, like $64. WWZ is great ! ! You’re right. The woman should have bled to death, lol. Don’t you find it interesting that the Muslims in the refugee area built by the Jews cause the breach in security? o.O?

I never saw it as a dating game, I understand the concept of the game, the more social connections you make the stronger you are to fight the dream monsters that eat human souls. I saw some of the game play and it didn’t really appeal to me. Doesn’t mean I wont pick it up and give it a whirl if it’s cheap enough in the game shop!:D
Those damn Muslims! lol! I remember that, I think it was Muslims and Jews singing peace or salvation songs! Ironic really, peace brought the wall down and let the zombies in! hahaha. Did you not think the plane crash was a little ott?
Swimming in winter? Yeah, of course! 🙂 I’m not swimming in the open river! lol It’s an indoor heated pool and I always make sure I’m completely dry before I leave. Believe me, I’d love to lift some weights or even power walk, but swimming is the only form of exercise that puts no pressure on my back, which is ideal cos I have back issues.
